I’m a physical therapist, strength and conditioning coach, movement professional, and author. For 20 years I’ve worked at every level of healthcare, fitness, and sports performance — from getting parents, grandparents, and weekend warriors up and running after injury/surgery to treating and training high school, collegiate, and professional athletes (I even have my own baseball card).

What two decades of work have taught me is that, with the right guidance and support, everyone is capable of achieving their physical potential. I started Resilient Movement because we all have the ability to improve the function and performance of our bodies, but the challenge is sustaining that potential over a lifetime. There are plenty of people and resources to tell you what to eat, how to exercise, or what supplements to take — I’m here to teach you to identify what exactly you need and how to develop and adapt your own lifestyle for sustained success.

The tools and skills to put you in control of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being are not complicated, but they go beyond a meal plan and an exercise routine. By first identifying the specific behaviors and barriers standing between you and your goals, I work with you to design a lifestyle and movement program built around your unique needs and abilities. When I do my job right, you will be moving and feeling your best with a personal blueprint for success long after our time together is done.
