The goal is for you to have just the right amount of support + guidance so that you not only reach your goals, but you feel independent in continuing to expand on your physical growth and development. Your goals, your environment, and your challenges will all change, but with the right knowledge + strategies you can always keep yourself on the right path.
Resilient Movement offers individual services or tailored programs both virtually and in-person (in the NJ/NYC area) including:
1-hour movement/injury and lifestyle consultation (virtual or in-person )
Physical therapy (dry needling/cupping, manual therapy, exercise) sessions*
Virtual, video-based training + rehab plans (corrective + performance training)
Video check-ins for continued assessment + program updates
Email + text communication to monitor progress + answer questions
4-12 week training or treatment programs to meet your performance goals
Reset
You’re hurt. You’re struggling. You need to get on track AND NEED SOME HELP.
This is a good starting point if you are actively dealing with an injury, you are trying to coming back from injury or an extended period of inactivity, or you feel like you need a lot more guidance in finding the right path to reach your goals.
Reinforce
You aren’t where you used to be. Things just don’t feel right, and you can’t put your finger on the problem. YOU just NEED a bit of a tune-uP.
This is a good starting point if you are just starting on a fitness journey, you feel that you’ve hit a plateau, or you are working to achieve a new fitness or performance goal.
Redevelop
You Are active + fit, but you WANT TO level up your health, fitness, or performance. YOU FEEL LIKE THERE’s SOMETHING THAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK.
This is a good starting point if you are already training regularly and you have some clear performance goals to achieve, but you need help identifying and correcting the areas that may be holding you back. You need some instructions, but only a little bit of guidance to reach your goals.
